Return Policy
Receipt required for all returns. Member receipts are available via the Co-op’s POS system.

  • Perishable items: Returns accepted within 7 days of purchase for damaged or spoiled items only.

  • All other items: Returns accepted within 30 days for unopened or defective merchandise.

  • Special orders of non-stock items are non-returnable.

  • Refunds will be processed using the original form of payment.

  • Check payments: Refunds issued after a 10-business-day holding period.
